Playing on PC is incredibly difficult now. The cursor no longer centers when entering a menu, which is annoying, but also, I've tabbed out many times within a few minutes of playing. The mouse exits the window on which the game is on when turning the camera, and when you right or left click at all, you get tabbed out, which has ruined many moments for me recently, and has made building an extreme pain.
Launching the game is also more difficult. I used to have it bookmarked on my taskbar, but since it opens launcher anyways, I just have Minecraft Launcher there instead. The old version was far more superior, as the launching was less "in your face" and just loaded the game quicker as well. There was also the 1.21.120 dilemma which forced many people to uninstall and reinstall the game, which was a giant mess. I'm not sure what's been happening at the offices for this game recently, but it feels like many of these decisions weren't playtested at all. I've preferred Bedrock over Java for a long time, but this was the straw that broke the camels' back for me, personally. I'm happy there's an alternate in Java for PC players, but disappointed that all my worlds are stuck in Bedrock, until these major issues are fixed.
