Please stop changing menu layouts

The new layout for the pause menu- it's so much harder to use, it's more confusing, it loads so much slower. It's ineffective, why do I have to jump through multiple hoops to find out who's in a game with me or to invite someone? I also miss the old main menu, it just made more sense, let me know how many friends were on a world I could join without making me count. Why fix things that aren't broken instead of fixing the things that are?
