Hot bar rotation

In creative you will be able to have you in game hot bar But also you can open a menu and have 3 additional hot bars with items and in game you press a button to rotate the hot bars, when in the hotbar rotate menu you press clear hotbar on any of the hot bar rows, even the in game one, the hot bar rotate page is another tab, you can cycle to from inventory tab. The hotbar tabs cannot add items from creative if in survival, instead the inventory will be switchable in survival mode, which you can also do in creative but depends which tab you have selected to rotate. You can make saved hotbars for creative only aswell, Also adds change hot bar commands, like change hot_bar_0 item_1 item_2 ect . And same for hot bar 1, 2 and 3, hot bar 0 is your primary hotbar.
