(Slight structure change) Ravanger pen basement in Woodland Mansions

A new basement in the Woodland Mansion where Ravangers are being raised, as well as being able to spawn Pillagers unlike the rest of the building. Maps that lead to Pillager Outposts can be found here. The reason why I think this would be a good addition, is because it makes it feel like the Illagers are actually a faction in the world. With the Woodland Mansion being the base of operations. I also think it'd be nice to give Ravangers a way to spawn in naturally and not via raid, so they feel more like actual animals they keep. This could also be a way to tie the Woodland Mansions and Pillager Outposts more together. For example one of the training dummies found outside the Pillager Outpost could be here. It also gives a way for the player to find said outposts, via the maps found here, making going to the Woodland Mansion more appealing cause you can find an outpost.
