Have offset for cross hairs when riding mob

When riding any mob such as a horse, pig, camel, etc. move the crosshairs offset from center. This would allow users to ride their mount while being able to better see where they are aiming their weapon such as a spear, sword, fishing rod, etc. The offset should be toward the dominant hand and would just clear the mob. This potentially could be configurable.
