New attributes feature should be used in vanilla: I.E sunsets affect color

With the new attributes feature allowing players to really customize how colors and certain things appear in the world and biomes, I think it's a really good idea for it to be used to apply new things in vanilla. Imagine sunsets that paint the sky and ground red, pale gardens getting that fog at night that people were clambering for, rain making things more atmospheric, it would be amazing.
