Allow for different sun/moon positions

It would be interesting to have the enviroment attribute for moving the sun and moon north and south, along side with the new anglo feature from the timeline.

That way we could make the sky be more similar to irl, since on earth we only really have the sun in the middle if we live in the equator, otherwise its often a bit north or a bit south.

(also, would it be possible to allow for datapacks to add multiple suns?)
