Move the "Browse Add-ons" and replace it with Settings button on Bedrock

The new UI in Bedrock is amazing however moving the "Browse Add-ons" button and replace it with the Settings tab. Move the "Browse Add-ons" to the bottom and add a magnifying glass logo to it.
