New Miniboss: End octopus?

In an update for the end there should be a Miniboss mob called the Octoend. 

Powers:

Melee attack: It hits you with it's tentacles but since it's end style it should give you an effect called devoid health, which is like wither but 2x worse. To get rid of this you must drink a potion of cleansing.(potion recipe at the bottom)

Range attack: It can shoot a beam of dark matter but only every 3 minutes. This also give you devoid health. It one shots you without any armor on.

Aura: Within 50 blocks of this creature no end related item works. End item list: Elytra, Ender pearl, Chorus fruit, the only thing that works is Potion of cleansing.

Potion recipe: Awkward potion + Popped Chorus fruit = Devoid heath potion + Lily of the valley = Potion of cleansing.
