Birds, owls, ostriches and vultures - Part 1

If one mob Minecraft needs to add for ambiance (in the overworld) its definitely birds (and owls and ostriches and vultures, ill get to that).

1.First of, birds would spawn in every biome with high trees generation. Such as forest, flower forest, birch and old growth birch forest, taiga and snowy taiga, old growth spruce taiga, old growth pine taiga, pale garden, dark forest, savanna and windswept savanna, wooded badlands, grove and cherry grove, windswept forest, swamp and finally mangrove swamp. Birds would drop feathers when they die, probably the same percentage as chickens, making it a decent method to get feathers.

Birds would be a pretty basic mob, just like parrots. However, they would have the same functionality as tropical fish: variants ! Depending on the biome they spawned in, the colors would vary a lot, making them highly unique. Some could look like real life birds we know, giving some familiarity to Minecraft. If they would be tamable or not i have no idea, i'll leave that to mojang.

They could maybe be a chance of a bird nest block to spawn rarely on tree as a decoration block, but im not sure.
