Vegan fishing

I was thinking it would be cool to add a "release" option for fishing. Like you can do in real life. Personally I am vegan, but I always get great items from fishing and it's a nice way to pass time when I'm waiting on other processes. Even for non-vegans having a release option will be a cool immersive experience! Perhaps the fish could even have different "sizes" so people could compete to see who can catch the biggest one! The food options have increased dramatically so thankfully I have no issues finding ample food sources, however I'm always trying to think of more and more ways I don't have to hurt mobs (including hostiles).
