New Structure

To Minecraft, i hope this message is recieved swiftly, I have a great idea to add a new mob and structure to the icy plains biome. It is a fort/battle arena where inside there is a monster spawner with... Iceoligers!!!

I think the iceoliger would not only be found in the forts but also in the plains and ice spikes they should drop Lapis Lazuli and blue ice. it has a rare chance to drop an enchant ment book called freezing that completly immobilizes enemies for a short while. 

Lastly, VIBRANT VISUALS ON ALL PLATFORMS!!! pls??
