Moveable Closed Captions

In-game, I find the current locked location of the closed captions on the bottom right side of the screen distracting. I went to see if there was a setting that could let me place it on the left side of the screen, or just change its location at all, and I didn't see one.

So, I'm suggesting a setting that would let you place the closed captions in whichever corner the player prefers. I think this would help improve accessibility and general QOL for players who play with closed captions on.
