Underwater Torches

It would be interesting to be able to illuminate the ocean floor using an item that actually provides a light level of 14 or 15 and is easy and intuitive to obtain. If a new biome such as the "Ocean Abyss" (a type of ocean that reaches bedrock and has Barnacles) ever comes to exist, this item would be indispensable!

It could also prevent Drowned — and other potential underwater hostile mobs — from spawning.

Its recipe could be 4 (or 8) Torches + 1 Glow Ink Sac.
