In Mounts of Mayhem, I'd like an update to existing mounts as well. So here are my ideas:
- Netherite Horse Armor: In the Nether Update (1.16), we didn't get netherite horse armor. So how about netherite horse armor work the same as netherite nautilus armor? You grab the diamond horse armor and you use an upgrade template to upgrade to netherite.
- Speed Enchantment for Happy Ghast Harness: Currently, happy ghasts are very SLOW. So how about the speed locked behind an enchantment for the harness, Speed. It would have 3 levels, similar to Lunge. Level 1 would increase speed by 2 blocks per second. Level 2 would increase by 5 blocks. 3 would increase by 10 blocks.
- Pigs: Being the first mountable mob added, why not add something special to them?
- Camels Husk: With the addition of the camel husk, why not be able to cure it to give it boosted stats?
- Zombie Horses: With zombie horses added, why not be able to cure it as well for the same effect as camels?
- Fixing Lunge: With Lunge eating away at your hunger, it becomes hard to use when you have a shortage of food. So lets add an exhaustion meter that affects running and Lunge. It depletes as you run, and depletes faster when using Lunge. When it runs out, you cannot run or use lunge. To combat this, use water bottles, as they add six points to the bar. Swiftness potions can regenerate the bar, similar to the Saturation and Regeneration effects, while also giving you boosted speed.
Adding these features would be really helpful. Thanks!
