Blizzard(mob), Zombie Wolf, and Sleds!

The Blizzard is a new variant of the Zombie thats spawns in Snowy biomes and attacks by throwing snowballs. The snowballs thrown by the Blizzard gives players the new Frostbite effect, which behaves similarly to powder snow. When it spawns in snowy Taigas, Blizzards have a 10% chance to spawn inside a Spruce Sled pulled by Zombie Wolves. Sleds are a new veichle crafted from planks that can be pulled by tamed Wolves or tamed Zombie Wolves. Sleds need to be pulled by at least two Wolves or Zombie Wolves to move. The more Wolves tied to the Sled, the faster it goes! Once you defeat the blizzard riding the sled, you can remove the Zombie Wolves from the Sled and tame them! Perfect for Mounts of Mayhem!
