Cure the zombie horses to get a maxed-out horse

Just like you can cure zombie villagers for a benefit, you should also be able to do the same with zombie horses. The benefit would be that when a zombie horse is cured, one of its three stats (jump, speed, or health) is increased to the maximum. Zombie horses should also be able to zombify normal horses if the zombie horse haven’t been tamed by a player. This way, you could either restore any horse to its best condition or cure a zombie horse for aesthetic reasons, but with its stats maxed out
