Pause menu in Bedrock version

I do not like the new pause menu in Minecraft Bedrock version. I used to go to settings from the old menu and I swapped my game mode on my worlds! Also there disappeared who is in the world. I am playing on a tablet and I can not access many things!! Fix it please.
