Wither Skeleton Horses

Wither skeleton horses with wither skeletons riding them. They spawn in soul sand valleys and shoot flaming arrows or hold spears, providing an extra challenge for players in the nether. Wither skeleton horses should have an eerie call to alert players of their presence, so players won’t be too annoyed by getting randomly set on fire.
