With Mounts of Mayhem continuing to effect multiple biomes throughout the game, it is highly noticeable that the frozen wastes of the overworld are left out. Given the fact that Minecraft has the infrastructure for it, I believe that there is room to add two more mobs to balance the desert's recent addition.
The Wight would be a good mob to add as a frozen zombie variant. These mobs would spawn like normal and relace the traditional zombie in the snow-covered frozen biomes, given the fact that the normal zombie and its attire seem out of place. I feel they should have an increased likelihood to wear leather armor and carry an iron sword, due to the realistic lack of agriculture in the area, they would be more prone to hunting. Like the Stray, being hit by one would apply the slowness effect as the Husk provides hunger. I think this is a long overdue change.
Along with the Wight, the Wight Polar Bear should be added, due to the fact that zombification can now effect the camel. The Polar Bear is known to show aggression to any hostile mob that attacks it, and is prone to being bitten by a drowned and a zombie given their habitat. It only makes sense to have the Wight ride the Wight Polar Bear as a hostile mount to attack the player.

In Game Of Thrones, a Wight Polar Bear is seen attacking John snow as he travels beyond the wall.
In Skyrim, Wights inhabit the map rather than a traditional zombie
In Fallout, Yao Guais (Zombie Bears) are opponents.
