Stray horseman

Skeleton horse traps could replaced with stray horse traps in snowy biomes or potentially even rarely spawning in groups of 2-3 normally with the riders having a chance to wield either spears or bows. They could also potentially ride undead polar bears or goats. The riders could also have a chance to be replaced with snowy zombie variants that inflict slowness on players they hit.
