Many players want to create minigames and roleplay experiences in Minecraft, but most of the time we have to rely on mods to do so. I propose adding a few new features that would make this much easier and open up more creative possibilities:
-
Block Sneak Attribute:
Inspired by the April Fools snapshot 22w13oneBlockAtATime, it would be great to have an attribute calledblock_sneakthat allows players to hide inside certain blocks (like the barrel in that snapshot). This could make roleplay and stealth mechanics way more interesting. -
/transform Command:
A new command,/transform, would let players transform into other entities. This could be an amazing tool for creators, allowing unique gameplay experiences, custom bosses, disguises, or storytelling mechanics—all without mods. -
Weapon Attributes System:
Each weapon could have its own attributes or abilities. For example:
-
A mace that can be thrown like a trident.
-
A bow that can also act as a melee weapon.
-
An axe that could behave like a spear.
This wouldn’t be about changing textures, but about adding new functional abilities to items, giving players more creative ways to design combat systems and minigames.
These ideas would make Minecraft even more flexible for mapmakers, content creators, and datapack developers who love experimenting within the vanilla game
