Add more options for View Bobbing

Right now (1.21.10), there are only two options for View Bobbing: ON (both screen and hand move) and OFF (no movement at all), and I'd really appreciate it if there was one more option that removes screen bobbing but keeps the hand movement. It could be called Reduced or Light, for example.
