Spear additions

I think it would be cool if there was like a feature where you could use the lunge enchantment underwater and while riding something. Maybe an enchantment that lets you do that, so you need an enchantment to add something to an enchantment. And also maybe there could be like a 1/100000000000000 chance for a skeleton to spawn with a spear. And also maybe weapon smith villagers can now sell spears.
