Mud Should Spawn in All Bodies of Water

I didn't see a recent post on this topic. Anyway, with the Mounts of Mayhem drop adding the Nautilus, that is a change to Oceans. With oceans being a body of water, that had me thinking about bodies of water. 

A friend recently asked me where they are supposed to get mud. 

So my feedback is, people should be able to find mud in all river beds, ocean floors, lake beds, and pond beds. That's it, that's the idea. It would be a great addition to this drop that has to do with oceans or potentially in another that makes changes to bodies of water.

Also, I know it can be made, but it should spawn all over. It's not something that needs to be a rare block.
