Allow three axis rotation for block models

Two common restrictions when making custom models for resourcepacks has always been the fixed angel rotation and single axis rotations. In 1.21.6 free angle rotations were added, where restrictions for the 22.5 interval rotations were lifted, with this hurdle cleared it only seems natural to allow three axis rotation as well.
