Allow Add-Ons Inside Worlds

Suggestion: allow players to add or change Add-Ons and resource packs while inside a world, without exiting or restarting. The game would show a risk warning first: > ⚠️ Warning: adding or modifying Add-Ons while the world is running may cause crashes or world corruption. Proceed at your own risk. This would increase freedom for players and creators while keeping devices and the game safe.
