Minecart Improvements has been a great experiment and has been an experiment for over a year now. I believe it should be added to Bedrock. Because we don't want to break minecart-assisted farms or creations, i believe it could be added as an experiment to bedrock. Bedrock is more accessible to many people and since Minecart Improvements is such a good feature to the game, it should be accessible to more of the Minecraft Community.
I have a transport-based, server and it heavily relies on minecarts. However, because minecarts are so slow, I have to keep my server on Java Edition so that I can have Minecart Improvements enabled. I don't want to use mods as it could impact the performance of the game on other people, which i dont want. I can see a future where Minecarts are an actually useful mode of transport, considering that with the Nautilus, Elytra, and even iceboat roads, the only real purpose of minecarts is for farms.
I can see the Minecart Improvements being used in many ways. For creative-based servers, it could be a way for players to quickly explore new regions of the map before more thoroughly exploring with happy ghasts, or it can be a way for people to make their train systems more efficient and realistic. In survival servers, it introduces a whole new type of attack, and paired with weapons like the brand new spear or the mace, it could be super effective and enhance collaboration. It could also be a cool new way to make tunnels, or make transport easier.
