Ghasts are too annoying

When I play Bedrock Minecraft, ghasts are the mobs that cause me to die the most.
Even when I run around, they still manage to hit me with fireballs, and even when I try to deflect them, it’s hard to hit a ghast.
I think ghasts are good mobs that make the Minecraft experience more interesting, but they’ve become too strong and are now one of the mobs that make Minecraft more frustrating.
To make Minecraft more fun, their fireballs should either be weakened or made harder to aim.
