Bring back old glint

The pre-1.19.4 glint looked so op, like sword had sharpness ∞, but mojang made glint less visible, leaving customization for visiblity and speed, but we cannot by any way have the old, ultrabright one, i want to let there be option "Classic Glint Brightness" bringing back this how visible it was in darkness, atleast disabled by default
