Fix mayfly

When you change mayfly, you can't put it back to normal, and when changing game modes, you're stuck or have to do 2 separate commands. There should be a /ability @_ mayfly reset command to put it back to normal, where in survival, you can't fly, but in creative, you can.

    This is a big issue especially for map makers or people who simply want to switch between gamemodes and have the appropriate attributes!!!

    All I did was mess with the ability once and now I have to change the mayfly ability every time I switch between creative and survival.
