Let The Horses Swim!

With mounts being the focus for the new update, i think its time to get rid of one of their main weaknesses, water. the idea is simple, when in 1 block deep water, horses move at the same speed as normal, but when the water is 2 blocks or deeper, they bob up and are able to swim at around half to 3/4 the normal speed, no fast but pretty good. This allows horses to cross rivers easier and would also apply to camels, mules, and donkeys.
