Bedrock's Panorama, Splash Texts and Marketplace Button Should Be Animated

I don't prefer the Bedrock's screen animation where interfaces fading in or popping out, so I usually keep the "screen animation" toggle off.

But currently this toggle will also stop main screen panorama from spinning, the splash text from having zooming animation, and even the marketplace button animation stand still now. This looks super weird for me. I prefer they to not affected by the toggle.

I hope there will be another seperate button to control the panorama and splash texts animation, so we can enjoy the animation while player with motion sickness can also have their choice.
