End city ship Slow falling potions

Within the end city's ships, there is always a brewing stand that has a few healing potions for the player to take. I think these should be replaced with slow falling potions as they would be more useful in the end city, and it would give players who turn phantoms off an easier opportunity to obtain slow falling potions.
