Maple Forests and Moose Mob

Maple forest biomes with large maple trees and maple logs, and maple leaves with orange leaves. I could see the maple leaves as really useful for building for fall decorations or to make leaf piles. The moose mob could act the same as a camel where you can't be hit while riding on it by zombies, but when you press the space bar, it would cause you to do a running charge and knock back mobs by a large distance when you charge into them.
