Mob AI should be made data driven, just like other aspects of the game. I want to be able to summon a mob and override its AI to be customizable, for example a zombie that acts like a dog - attacking everything that attacks the player, etc. Should also be applicable for other entities like Mannequins - we should be able to give them custom AI to act as players/mobs, instead of forcing our way through it with commands. Behaviors could be defined in JSON files and baked on load like advancements or predicates for performance reasons, not necessarily even completely drfined by dynamic NBT.
