vibrant visual issue on pc

Heya mojang. I noticed that vibrant visuals isnt enabled for pc?. I was hoping you could do an update to add vibrant visuals. Im also really needing it as i want to create a minecraft survival city and i think the vibrant visual shader will make it look realistic. So if you could add it into the pc version of bedrock i would really appreciate it.
