(Java Parity) /place should be capable of placing every vanilla structure

In the Bedrock version of the game, the only vanilla structures you can place is trial chambers and trail ruins with /place structure. This is extremely limiting if you want to build a world with vanilla structures.

In the Java version of the game, /place structure works with every vanilla structure, even the structures like ancient cities, woodland mansions and the structures using hardcoded generation like strongholds and ocean monuments can be placed down with /place.

The /place command should be able to place all vanilla structures in Bedrock Edition, whether it uses the newest jigsaw generation or not.
