Copper armor should increase the chance of being struck by lightning regardless of weather and should have a 10% chance on stricking enemy's with lightning. Or, by the armor being struck by lightning,( could be charged with lightning rod) it can hold the charge and reflect that lightning back at the enemy until the armor charge runs out. For other tools like picaxes they can have attack speed and efficiency increase depending on charge of copper. Armor could be charged on an armor stand with lightning rods overhead. While tools can be charged in copper chests through Redstone.
