Bird Update for All Biomes

Posting as I haven't seen a recent idea. Add more birds! More for each biome, not just Parrots in Jungles. Things like Magpies in Spruce biomes, Vultures in Mesa biomes, or Puffins in Cold biomes. Give each of them something special, too. Parrots can be tamed, so Magpies can collect things (like how foxes pick items up), Vultures can be neutral unless you steal from the nest, and Puffins can follow you inquisitively.
