Spongebob theme as a texture pack

I would really love to be able to play with the spongebob texture on my own custom worlds. The adventure template is great but it really isnt the experience I think many players had hoped for. I understand if it is a matter of licensing but we would be incredibly grateful and willing to pay extra for a texture pack!
