Mounts of Mayhem Addtions

I believe that it would make sense if Netherite Horse Armor was added as an upgrade to Diamond Horse Armor, with it not generating naturally in chests.

I'd also like to see enchantments for mounts' armor and wolf armor and generally revisiting the idea of using dogs in combat. They fit the kind of hunt vibe of a hunter on horseback with dogs running next to them.
