Happy ghast speed change

Happy ghast are very fun and welcome to Minecraft, but its appeal outside being a home pet, it is low, while it can support up to 4 players to ride on, taking it on adventures with friends is a hassle. It would be cool and balanced if the happy ghast gets faster the higher up you are, so happy ghast are much more appealing to use, I really want to use them regularly.

  They should add a chesplate enchantment that made him faster when mounted
