Operator Utilities Tab To Bedrock (And Some Other Stuff)

In My Bedrock Server, I Was Making A Build (Don't Ask What I'm Building) But I Couldn't Get The Fence To Be Want I Want, And There's No Debug Stick In Bedrock. For This Addition To Bedrock Edition, I Want It To Have The Operator Utilities Tab, Along With The Other Operator Stuff In Java Edition. We Could Also Add Some Items, Such As Boss Spawn Eggs, Air, Those Stuff. Please Vote This Idea So Mojang Will Notice And Probably Do It.
