Better chests:Lapis chest(SHOULD ADD BLOCK)

Lapis chest could be very good for the people who do not have diamonds for an enchanting table.my idea is that you put a chest in the middle and lapis blocks above and sides and one down just like we craft a smoker you can enchant any item you put in it and the more the lapis you put in the lapis chest with the item the more it has the chance of better enchant on the item.it should also glow in the dark.its my opinion i like

    I'd like the idea as long as it has something to make enchantment table still meaningful. Maybe lapis chests would give you a random enchantment that way enchanting tables would still be better because you can choose the enchantment.
