The penguin in mounts of mayhem drop

It seems Mojang is considering the losing mobs from the MobVote. The mob that would fit well with the Mounts of Mayhem drop would be the Penguin, since this creature could boost boats and the boat is considered a mount, so what do you think about the Penguin for this drop?
