Allow for resolution change for better console performance

Minecraft on the Xbox Series X/PS5 has a resolution locked at 4K, this is not good for performance when using vibrant visuals. Me and a very large group of people have been asking for this to be implemented into the game for months. I see no reason why you guys can’t just make a small update where you guys allow us to change our resolutions from 1080p, 1440p, and 2160p (4K) by ourselves.
