adding flight upgrade smithing template

ok, so with this smithing template you could combine an elytra and a chestplate. it could be found rarely in ancient cities and could be duplicated w/ a netherite block.

    This is a good idea, especially to be found in the ancient city because it gives a reason to ho to the city, but why a netherite block? It doesn't really make sense to Duplicate any template, no matter how good, with a block

    Make Elytras even more overpowered more than it already is as a form of transport and in combat, totally a reasonable and not a shortsighted suggestion at all
