Change the effect clearing command.

It's a very minor thing, however I myself and many others will know the absolute gut wrenching feeling when you accidentally do /clear instead of /effect clear.

It is a simple mistake but one that could easily be fixed here are my 2 proposals:

Changing the effect clear command to be /effect remove

OR

Adding a verification for /clear so that it makes you type it twice to confirm you want to clear your inventory.

This is a minor issue that some might be affected by every now and then that could be fixed very easily
