Rebalance Breath of the Nautilius By Preventing Oxygen Breathing

To prevent waterbreathing potions from becoming useless, how about you make it to where being above water decreases the player's oxygen bar?

    I think the effect should last 15 to 20minuts and be refreshed when surfacing. I suppose they could do this by making the bar go down slowly.
    They could make the nautilius rare in every game mode excluding peacefull and then give use a way to cure the zombie nuatilius. Curing the zombie nautilius should give you a nautilius shell. would also be nice if all jocky mobs where alway buffed slightly by having a high chance of spawning with armor (like a mini boss).
